Description from the author:
Harmony - connection, quality, dimension of parts and the whole, fusion of object components into a single organic whole. In practice, it is necessary to see and aesthetically evaluate only the object itself, and take into account the meaningful characteristics of the object in the process of artistic formation.
"Subordination" - ordering of elements or their groups in the composition according to one of the signs. In meaningful compositions, the nature of subordination is determined by the purpose of the object, its construction, manufacturing technology, while in meaningless compositions, subordination is measured by the level of visual connections of various elements, the presence of the main link in the composition, which most actively affects the perception system and is the starting point point in the sequence.
The presented work is a work in which the author, when constructing the composition and creating the subordination of its elements, encoded a message-appeal to the viewer. A tragedy, the plot of which is revealed on canvas, forces the viewer to “get out” of the cycle of everyday life, stop and think, see and comprehend what is happening around in a different light.
