Emerald" still life was written with a quick hand. The main essence of still life was to know the color gamut. The main color is - green. Green is a symbol of cleanliness, growth and freshness. The composition consists of 4 items. In the foreground - lemon, which gives contrast to all still life. In the second plane on the sides is written a mug and an apple, which kind of close the composition together. And on the last plane stands a vase with a handkerchief, making the composition elongated and interesting.
