Volodymyr Boroshnev is a well-known artist, local historian, excellent student of Ukraine, founder and organizer of the Konotop city plein air "Colors of Malevich".
He received the Hryhoriy Skovoroda International Literary and Artistic Prize on December 22 in Kyiv.
The Hryhoriy Skovoroda Prize is awarded to support Ukrainian writers, artists, scientists, journalists, public figures and philanthropists.
